- Clients who use HAAT's software application (the “Platform”) to order food beverages and other delivery services (“Services”).
- Job applicants who apply for a job at Company (the “Candidate”).
This Privacy Policy is an integral part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Any capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms. Prospects, Clients and Candidates may be individually or collectively referred herein as “you” or “your”.
In addition to this Privacy Policy, in the event you are a HAAT courier partner (“Courier Partner”), please review the Courier Partner Privacy Policy which applies to the processing of Personal Data when using HAAT Driver Platform.
Any Personal Data you provide is shared at your free will and consent (where required under applicable data protection laws), and you acknowledge that you are not under any legal obligation to provide us with Personal Data. However, we must collect or receive some Personal Data to provide the Service, and in case you choose not to provide us with such Personal Data, we will not be able to fulfill certain purposes, for example, provide certain Services or enable use of certain features – all as described below.

The most recent version of this Privacy Policy will always be posted on the website and the Platform and reflected in the “Last update” heading. Personal Data collected by HAAT
We may collect two types of information from you, depending on your interaction with us:
The first type of information is non-identifiable and anonymous information (“Non-Personal Data”). We are not aware of the identity of the individual from whom we have collected the Non-Personal Data. Non-Personal Data consists of technical information, and may contain, among other things, the type of operating system and type of browser, type of device, session duration, etc.
The second type of information is individually identifiable information, namely information that identifies an individual or may with reasonable effort identify an individual (“Personal Data” as defined under the applicable data protection law).

• Assessments and evaluations: information that might be gathered from interviews, tests, or assessments conducted by us or on our behalf during and as part of the recruitment process to evaluate the candidate’s suitability for the job position applied to.
• Background check results: information obtained through background checks, subject to applicable laws, such as employment history and education verification.
• Work eligibility: information regarding the candidate’s legal right to work in the relevant territory, such as work visa status, citizenship, etc.
• Communication and internal records: such as correspondences and phone call records or other interactions between you and us during the recruitment process.

• Job application evaluation: to assess the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and suitability for the position and role applied for, as well as, in some occasions and subject to applicable laws, to further identify potential matches with other open job positions within HAAT.
• Communications with Candidates: to facilitate our communications and correspondence with the Candidate during the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, providing updates, and addressing inquiries.
• Reference checks, verifications, and work eligibility: to verify the accuracy of the information provided by the Candidate, including with regards to education. employment history and professional references, as well as, where we deem necessary or required by law, conducting background checks and to further confirming the Candidate’s legal right to work in the relevant territory and comply with immigration related requirements.
• Complying with our legal obligations: to ensure adherence to relevant laws, such as labor laws and regulations, etc.
• Decision-making: to facilitate the hiring and decision-making process, compare candidates, and decide upon the suitable candidate for the position.
• Record-keeping and documentation: to maintain records of the recruitment process, including evaluations, assessments, and decisions made.
• Administration and performance of human resources related duties, obligations, and procedures.
• Process improvements: to analyze and improve our recruitment practices, processes and strategies.

Please note that the actual processing operation per each purpose of use detailed in the table above may differ. Such processing operation usually includes a set of operations, made by automated means, such as collection, storage, use, disclosure by transmission, erasure or destruction.
