HAAT emphasizes the importance of providing equal, respectful, accessible, and professional service to all customers, in compliance with the law of Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Act of 1998 and its regulations. HAAT invests in accessibility adaptations to ensure that people with disabilities can receive the same services as other customers independently and equally.

A web-accessible site allows people with disabilities and the elderly to browse with the same level of efficiency and enjoyment as other users. HAAT is committed to internet equality for people with various disabilities, facilitated by assistive technology.

This site meets the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013. Accessibility adjustments were made according to the Israeli Standard (IS 5568) for internet content accessibility at AA level and the international WCAG 2.0 document. HAAT’s application has been made accessible following the relevant instructions of the Israeli standard, using tools provided by the operating system. An accessibility menu is available on the website. Clicking the accessibility button opens a menu containing accessibility buttons, including text size adjustments, contrast settings, monochrome settings for color blindness, links and headings presentation, animation blocking, font change for better readability, and more.
