This Courier Partner Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how HAAT Delivery Ltd. and its affiliates (“HAAT”) collect, use, store and share courier partners (“you”) personal data when using HAAT's website at driver.haat.delivery (“Site”) or software application (“App”) (the Site and App, collectively, the “Platform”).
Applicability
- You are not under any legal obligation to submit personal data to HAAT. However, in case you choose not to submit personal data you may not be able to use the Platform.
- HAAT may change this Policy from time to time by updating the Platform; therefore you should check back periodically. In case of material changes in the Policy's terms, HAAT will inform you via email and/or will seek your prior consent, as shall be required by applicable laws.
Personal Data collected by HAAT

Data provided by you
- Contact details (e.g. full name, driver’s license, driver’s photo, ID number, Company name and number, postal address, hometown, email address, phone number and etc.);
- Payment information (e.g. Information on remuneration payable to you, payment information, credit card and bank account information);
- Password and other authentication and security credential information;
- Any communication in the Platform (e.g. emails, phone conversations, chat sessions);
Data collected automatically
- Identifiers and information contained in cookies;
- Settings preferences and backup information;
- Content you viewed or searched for, page response times, and page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs);
- Network and connection information, such as the Internet protocol (IP) address and information about your Internet service provider;
- Device information, such as browser type and version, operating system, or time zone setting;
- Your availability and exact or approximate location, including real-time geographic location of your mobile phone (this is required in order to provide HAAT's clients with the information on the delivery of the order);

Personal Data collected by third parties
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any products, services, websites, links or any other content that are offered by third parties on the Platform and/or the Services. You should check the applicable third party agreements, and/or other third party policies. HAAT does not have any control over such third parties' privacy practices, or the technology used by such third parties in order to collect any personal data. You should thoroughly review such third parties' privacy policies before making any use of such third party's products and services.
Use of Personal Data
HAAT processes your personal data to operate, provide, and improve the Platform and/or the services provided by HAAT to its clients (the “Services”), including but not limited to:
- Creating and managing your account;
- Communicating with you with respect to the Platform and/or the Services;
- Providing assistance and support;
- Pay your remuneration and to fulfil our other obligations under the service agreement between you and HAAT;
- Provide HAAT's clients with the necessary information for the delivery of their orders;
- Evaluate your performance under the service agreement;
- Run, develop and maintain HAAT's Platform and/or business;
- Fulfill and perform obligations under applicable laws. This includes data processed for complying with our bookkeeping obligations and providing information to relevant authorities such as tax authorities;
- Internal purposes (e.g. trouble shooting, data analysis, testing and statistical purposes);
- Claims handling, debt collection and legal processes;
Except as provided herein, HAAT does not use any personal data other than as necessary to provide the Platform and/or the Services, without obtaining your prior consent. HAAT may ask your consent to use your personal data for a specific purpose which will be provided to you.

- HAAT uses tracking mechanisms such as cookies and web beacons in order to provide and improve the Platform and/or the Services.

Sharing Personal Data with third parties
We do not share your personal data with third parties unless one of the following circumstances applies:
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to taxation;
- Comply with a court order, subpoena or other legal process;
- Respond to a lawful request by a government authority, law enforcement agency or similar government body;
- Detect, prevent or otherwise address crime and/or security issues;
- HAAT believes that a release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce or apply HAAT's terms and other agreements, or protect the rights, property, or security of HAAT. - Engage with third-party service providers, which provide services for HAAT's business operations. Such service providers are for example our internet service providers and accounting company. Our agreements with the service providers include commitments that the service providers agree to limit their use of personal data and to comply with privacy and security standards at least as stringent as the terms of this Privacy Policy;
- We may share personal data with HAAT's clients and with third parties that receives order from such clients in order to perform the Services;
- Disclose to third parties aggregated or de-identified information about you for marketing, advertising, research, or other purposes;
- If HAAT is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale or as part of a bankruptcy proceeding, we may transfer your personal data to the third party involved. However, we will continue to ensure the confidentiality of all personal data.
